\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHi, my name is Arek<\/strong> and I teach English<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nI believe that effective communication<\/strong> changes the world for the better.\r\n\r\nFor over 15 years<\/strong> I have been helping my clients to solve their problem: how to speak English better at work?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nSo far I have worked with over 300 people<\/strong> and have completed 10,000 lessons.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI specialize in teaching adults whose English is at least at a communicative level. They understand a lot, but are not satisfied with how they speak. I don’t teach beginners.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn the last few years, I have been focusing on helping people working in recruitment, HR or sales.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI also prepare candidates for the Business Vantage exam.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI have a Master’s Degree<\/strong> in English philology with pedagogical application.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Why English?<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI became interested in the English language for a very practical reason.\r\n\r\nWhen I was 10, my favorite music band was Metallica<\/strong>. I wanted to find out what their singer sings so passionately about (or yells into the microphone, if you prefer.)\r\n\r\nWith the help of a dictionary and an older cousin, I translated the lyrics<\/strong> of all their songs. For the first time in my life, I felt that English could be the key to discovering new worlds.\r\n\r\nIn high school, I chose a class with advanced English.<\/strong> To be accepted, I had to get a high score from the test, which was to take place before the start of the school year.\r\n\r\nI spent the whole vacation learning English with my cousin, who, among other things, told me to translate about 1000 sentences from Polish to English.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIt wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.\r\n\r\nIt is also worth having someone who will inspire you to take action<\/strong> and, if necessary, they will motivate you to work harder.\r\n\r\nWhen I was going to a university, I had no problem with choosing a field of study. English philology<\/strong> seemed to be the only sensible solution, mainly because I enjoyed learning English and it came naturally.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWhat happened during these 5 years of study, however, I did not expect. Knowledge of English made me start reading books regularly, becoming interested in history, culture, sociology and politics. It allowed me to open up to the world and shaped me as a human being.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI have personally experienced the power of English as something more than just a successful holiday abroad. As a result, I find great pleasure in sharing my knowledge about English with others.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThere are three main reasons why I have been teaching English to adults for 15 years.\r\n\r\nFirst of all, I love contact with other people.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nTeaching English, especially one-to-one or in small groups, gives me the opportunity to learn about others, their life experiences and opinions on various topics, all in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.\r\n\r\nTime passes quickly and work becomes a pleasure.\r\n\r\nBut although it is fun, it is not always easy, especially if the goals we have set for ourselves are ambitious and require sacrifice.\r\n\r\nSecond, I feel satisfaction seeing my students making progress.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThey begin to speak more fluently, use richer vocabulary and build sentences that sound more natural. It often happens somewhere in the background, unnoticed at first, but sooner or later it always happens, provided we put the right amount of work, regularity, and patience into it.\r\n\r\nWhen I say “we” I mean the student and me.\r\n\r\nThird, I strongly believe that effective communication changes the world for the better.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe English language enables cooperation in the areas of business, science, culture or human rights. Along with the development of the Internet and social media, the way we communicate has changed as well, unfortunately not always for the better.\r\n\r\nIt is all the more important to me that my clients use the language so as to understand others well, express themselves effectively and pursue their professional and personal goals.\r\n\r\nAll of these reasons above affect the way I teach.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI believe that vocabulary is much more important than grammar. My lessons are organized in a way that focuses on giving my clients plenty of opportunities to actually use the language.
